ToolBank is a capacity builder and force multiplier. Our flagship Tools for Change tool lending program provides community-based organizations and volunteers access to our vast inventory of 10,000 tools. For just 3 cents on the dollar of retail value, organizations can borrow any tool in any amount for a week at a time. For every dollar they spend to borrow tools, borrowing organizations save $33.

Help us raise $20,000 in 2024. Every donation we receive by December 31st, 2024 will further help our Tools For Change member agencies. Help us equip thousands of hardworking do-gooders with Tools for Change by making your gift today! Thank you to all of our wonderful donors, because in 2023, we not only hit our goal, but we've exceeded it. We've raised over $18,000 together.

Did you know that your donation has the potential to go even further? Many companies have matching gift programs in place, which means they can match their employees’ charitable contributions. By taking a few moments to seek a match from your employer, you have the power to double or even triple the impact of your recent gift.

We serve over 530 organizations that couldn't do their work without access to ToolBank tools.

In 2024, we're striving to raise $20,000! Help us empower hundreds of community organizations & thousands of volunteers this year. Every dollar you contribute goes 33 times further by enabling our members to borrow tools for just 3% of the retail value.

Community Support

Your monetary gift is critical. It helps us maintain our 10,000 square foot warehouse that houses our massive inventory of 10,000 + tools. Our warehouse serves as the center of our operations. It allows us to grow and sustain our programming, reducing the cost of service and maintenance projects and enabling local agencies to focus more of their resources on their mission.

Your financial support empowers the ToolBank, the hundreds of agencies, and the tens of thousands of volunteers we serve to impact lives and transform communities. The ToolBank is privately funded which means that our programs rely on the generosity of individuals, businesses, and foundations to remain operational.

If your company has a matching gift program in place, they can match your charitable contributions. By taking a few moments to seek a match from your employer, you have the power to double or even triple the impact of your recent gift.
