ToolBank partners with experts who lead engaging workshops that provide education and skills, empowering all your DIY aspirations.

Workshops are held at the ToolBank and other partner sites where participants get hands-on experience with the tools, techniques, and materials needed for safe, effective, and affordable home care. Renters and homeowners of any age or experience are all welcome!

3.

Once they’ve completed the relevant workshops, participants gain access to high-quality tools to perform their own home care projects!

Houses 101


Get to know your home by looking behind a house's walls at all of its systems! From providing electricity, heat, and water to keeping you dry and warm, your home does a lot for you. This is where you'll learn to identify the components of your home, gain insights into potential maintenance and repairs, and when it's time to call in professional help.

Power Tools 201


Our sequel to Power Tools 101 provides hands-on experience applying miter saws, circular saws, impact drivers, and drills to a real project. Participants will receive guidance on precise cutting and assembly, culminating in the creation of a functional park bench donated to a local nonprofit. You do not need to have attended 101, but should have some experience with a miter saw, circular saw, drill, and impact driver.
